Not really sure which category to post this in, but for the past few months, I've started to wonder: would it be possible to create a Discord client or various ones to work on Windows 9x, XP, Vista, and 7, and if so, how would someone go about it?
In my opinion, it seems feasible. More feasible than another ideas I randomly came up with, which was Minecraft running on the (original) Quake engine. In my head, it would be either be just one massive client that would be compatible and be able to detect which OS you are using, or just various clients that work with and that are named after the OS, such as Discord 95, Discord 98, etc.
However, I wanna know what you guys think about this concept. I think it'll be an interesting discussion for all of us.
